Browser Settings
The video chat is configured for the web browser Google Chrome. Download Chrom here.
Chrome – Settings for Video Chat
- Open the browser using the access link you have received for the Video Chat.
- Your browser will request access to your camera and microphone .
- Allow access to your camera and microphone
- If you have connected an external camera and microphone to your computer, make sure you choose the active camera and microphone.
- Choose the active camera and microphone: Click on the camera icon (top right) and choose the active camera and microphone from the dropdown menu.
- Refresh your browser window to apply the activation settings.
What do to when the access Request does not appear?
